SC: Mere Breach of Contract Not Basis to Initiate Criminal Case for Cheating - 06.03.2023

Supreme Court while observing that criminal Courts are not meant to be used for settling scores or pressurize parties to settle civil disputes, has held that mere allegation of failure to keep up promise will not be enough to initiate criminal proceedings.
