SC: Schools Can't be Without Playgrounds - 06.03.2023

Supreme Court while disapproving an order passed by Punjab & Haryana High Court which permitted regularization of encroachments near school, observed that schools can’t be without playground and ordered removal of encroachments at a place reserved for playground for a school in Haryana.
