Delhi HC: Denying Admission Under EWS/DG Category Despite Allotment by DoE Violates Article 21A - 03.03.2023

Delhi High Court has held that denial of admission by school under EWS/DG category even after allotment of school by Directorate of Education (DOE), frustrates objective of RTE Act, 2009, and also violates fundamental rights of children as enshrined under Article 21-A of the Constitution.
