Ker. HC: Absence of TI Parade Doesn’t Vitiate Identification of Accused in Court - 03.03.2023

Kerala High Court has held that if ocular evidence and identification of accused by witnesses in court are impressive, nothing restricts court from relying upon said identification, as even in absence of test identification (TI) parade, recognizing accused in court is substantive evidence.
