JKL HC Invokes Absolute Liability, Grants Compensation to Mother of Deceased in Electrocution Case - 03.03.2023

Jammu & Kashmir & Ladakh High Court while invoking Absolute Liability to grant compensation to mother of 13 year old who died due to electrocution, observed that on account of hazardous nature of enterprise, liability is fastened on defaulter even when due and necessary care has been taken.
