Guj. HC: Unless Specific Area of Encroachment Mentioned, Can’t Entertain Plea for Demolition - 02.03.2023

Gujarat High Court while dismissing plea seeking demolition of alleged illegal encroachment in Gujarat Housing Board in Chandkheda area of Ahmedabad has held that unless petition specifies particular illegal encroachment, the Court would not be in a position to issue any direction.
