SC: Election Comm’r to be Appointed on Advice of Committee Consisting of PM, Opposition Leader & CJI - 02.03.2023

Supreme Court Constitution Bench has held that Election Commissioners will be appointed by President on advice of a Committee consisting of Prime Minister, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha & CJI.
