Kerala HC: Pension Liability for Services Rendered in NEFA Prior to it Becoming A.P is on Centre - 02.03.2023

Kerala High Court has held that family pension liability of person died while being deployed in North-Eastern Frontier Agency (NEFA), now Arunachal Pradesh (A.P) would be upon Central Government and not State of Arunachal Pradesh.
