Kerala HC: Granting Anticipatory Bail in Cases of Attack on Doctors Can Create Dangerous Situation - 28.02.2023

Kerala High Court while refusing to grant anticipatory bail to person, who attacked his wife’s doctor, has observed that granting bail in such cases would lead to dangerous situation whereby doctors would not get proper protection affecting maintenance of health of the public.
