Cal. HC: Writ of Certiorari Can be Issued Even if Dispute Between Two Private Parties - 27.02.2023

Calcutta High Court while observing that principle of natural justice demand that parties have sufficient and equal opportunity of representation, has issued writ of certiorari against private entity (Bajaj Housing Finance Limited) on ground that it has violated petitioner’s right to a fair hearing.
