SC: Matter of ‘Menstrual Leave’ Falls in Policy Domain - 24.02.2023

Supreme Court while refusing to entertain petition seeking menstrual leave for female students and working women across India, has observed that the issue falls with the policy domain and the petitioner may approach the Women and Child Ministry to file a representation.
