Ker. HC Pulls State for Non-Inclusion of Prevention-Oriented Programme on Sexual Abuse in Curriculum - 24.02.2023

Kerala High Court has pulled State for not taking measures to include prevention-oriented programmes on sexual abuse as part of school curriculum. The Court while expressing anguish observed that it is an unpardonable state of affairs, practically amounting to defiling orders of the Court.
