Del. HC: Important to Prevent Outside Police Undertaking Operations Without Informing Local Police - 24.02.2023

Delhi High Court has observed that it is necessary to obviate the repetition of episodes of police from outside states coming into Delhi and conducting operations without intimation to the local police.
