UC HC: Evict And Collect Penal Rent from Employees Unauthorisedly Occupying Govt Accommodations - 24.02.2023

Uttarakhand (UC) High Court while ordering eviction of retired/transferred government servants who are in unauthorized occupation of government accommodations, has directed State to calculate and collect penal rents from such employees.
