MP High Court Stays NGT's Order in Mining Case - 02.05.2016

MP High Court, while staying order of National Green Tribunal (NGT), Central Bench for exceeding authority, has observed that NGT cannot be construed to have invested authority in the Collector to ask for termination of the mining lease.
