SC Clarifies: Allowing Adoption in Unmarried Student Abortion Case Not to Supplant CARA Process - 22.02.2023

Supreme Court has clarified that its order passed in petition filed by an unmarried woman seeking termination of pregnancy wherein Court allowed adoption of the unborn child to couple registered with CARA, was not meant to supplant the regular adoption procedure of CARA.
