SC: Compensation for Land Acquisition Can’t be Different Based on Nature of Ownership - 22.02.2023

Supreme Court while striking down classification made by Greater NOIDA Authority between Pushtaini and Gair-Pushtaini Landholders for granting compensation upon acquisition, has held that land acquisition compensation can't be different based on nature of ownership.
