Madras HC Orders Status Quo over Excise Duty on Jewellery - 02.05.2016

Madras HC, while giving sign of relief for jewellers who were protesting Central Government’s plan to impose excise duty on jewellery items, has ordered maintenance of status quo on the issue till June 3.
