Karnataka HC: Individual Doctors Can’t Certify Age of Juvenile Offenders - 02.05.2016

Karnataka HC has said that a juvenile involved in criminal case can be subjected to medical test to determine age only in absence of birth /school certificates and age determination will have to be done by a legally-constituted medical board consisting of two or more specialized doctors.
