Del. HC: Mentioning Looks Without Reference to Dress or Body Part is not Sexually Colored Remark - 20.02.2023

Patiala House Court, Delhi has held that mentioning looks and gait of a person without any specific reference to the dress or any body part of a person would not be considered as sexually colored remark.
