Bom. HC: Eligibility of Researcher Determined by Acceptance of Paper Rather Than Actual Publication - 17.02.2023

Bombay High Court has held that it is only the fitness or worthiness of research paper for its publication, which comes from a decision of its acceptance for publication, which should determine the issue of eligibility of the researcher for a particular post or qualification.
