Bombay HC: Girls Treated as Commodity Even in 21st Century Highly Objectionable to Morality - 16.02.2023

Bombay High Court while granting bail to woman accused of buying another woman’s daughter has remarked that such act of a one year old girl being sold by her mother like a commodity in 21st century is highly objectionable to morality and human rights.
