SC: Remand Order Prolongs And Delays Litigation - 16.02.2023

Supreme Court while setting aside a High Court order remanding case to trial court has observed that an order of remand prolongs and delays litigation and hence, shouldn’t be passed unless appellate court finds that re-trial is required or evidence on record is not sufficient to dispose of matter.
