SC: High Courts Not Subordinate to Supreme Court - 15.02.2023

Supreme Court while considering SLP seeking to direct Patna High Court to decide a pending writ petition within a time bound schedule, has observed that High Courts are also constitutional courts and are not subordinate to the Supreme Court.
