Delhi HC: Foreign National Can’t Claim Right to be Appointed Guardian of PwD - 15.02.2023

Delhi High Court while hearing plea moved by father who along with his adopted son is US citizens but holds OCI cards, has held that foreign national cannot claim a vested or constitutional right to be appointed as guardian of a person with disabilities.
