JKL HC: Pseudo Police Report Can’t Defeat Right of Accused to Default Bail - 15.02.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that pseudo police report even if filed within the time frame required under CrPC, cannot be given legal sanctity to defeat the default bail right of an accused in a case.
