SC Refuses Purohit’s Plea in Malegaon Blast Case - 29.04.2016

SC, while refusing to entertain plea of Malegaon blast accused Lieutenant Colonel Prasad Shrikant Purohit, who had challenged framing of charges against him in the trial court, has asked the former to approach the concerned High Court.
