Ker. HC Refuses to Suspend Sentence of Man Accused of Attempting to Travel to Syria for Joining ISIS - 14.02.2023

Kerala High Court while dismissing applications seeking suspension of sentence of 3 persons, who were convicted for attempting to travel to Syria for allegedly joining ISIS, has observed that even if the applicants have undergone major portion of sentence, it is not safe to release them on bail.
