JKL HC: Cross FIRs Permissible in Case of Different Versions of Parties Regarding Same Incident - 14.02.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that there can’t be two FIRs with regard to same occurrence but registration of cross FIRs is permissible in cases of two different versions on part of parties with regard to the same occurrence.
