SC Drops Contempt Proceedings Against Delhi and Tamil Nadu Governments - 29.04.2016

SC has dropped contempt proceedings against Delhi and Tamil Nadu Governments for allegedly misusing public money for “glorifying“ Arvind Kejriwal and J Jayalalithaa through public advertisements in violation of the court's orders.
