Kar. HC: Govt. Taking Private Land Without Compensation Violates Constitutional Guarantees - 13.02.2023

Karnataka High Court while expressing anguish over actions of Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board for failure to pay compensation to landowners has held that taking way private lands without compensation militates against constitutional guarantee enacted under Article 300A of Constitution.
