Bombay HC to Subordinate Courts: Pass Speaking Order While Deciding Bail Pleas - 13.02.2023

Bombay High Court has held that bail is a matter of discretion to be exercised by Magistrate, who is expected to apply his mind after considering material on record and grant or reject the same by speaking order, and directed Registrar to circulate its judgement to all District and Sessions courts.
