Patna HC Seeks Verfied Data on Reason of Delay and Pendency of Cases - 13.02.2023

Patna High Court while observing that data regarding delay in cases presented by petitioner is alarming, has directed Member Secretary, BSLSA to seek reports through the respective Secretaries of DLSA as regards such criminal cases, which are pending because of non-availability of counsel.
