SC: Deposit of 25% of Amount by Auction Purchaser Mandatory Under Order XXI Rule 84 CPC - 13.02.2023

Supreme Court while observing that under Order XXI Rule 84 CPC, the deposit of 25% of the amount by the auction purchaser is mandatory, has held that full amount of the purchase money must be paid within fifteen days from the date of the sale.
