Mad. HC Sets Aside Order Imposing Conditions on RSS' Route March - 10.02.2023

Madras High Court while setting aside single judge order imposing certain conditions on the route march sought to be carried out by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), has observed that State must uphold the citizens' right to freedom of speech and expression.
