Bombay HC Upholds Acquisition of Godrej & Boyce's Plot at Vikhroli for Bullet Train Project - 09.02.2023

Bombay High Court while refusing to set aside the acquisition of Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd's plot at Vikhroli has observed that there are no irregularities in the acquisition & project is of paramount importance and public interest would prevail over private interest.
