Kerala HC: Lacuna in Arbitration Act Needs to be Addressed - 09.02.2023

Kerala High Court while expressing displeasure at the non-execution of an arbitration award that had been pending for over 10 years, has observed that such cases should be an awakener to the stakeholders to plug the lacuna in the legislation and the loopholes in the procedure.
