Madras HC: Tribunals Have No Authority to Issue Instructions on Dress Code of Advocates - 09.02.2023

Madras High Court while quashing notification issued by Registrar of NCLT making it mandatory for advocates appearing before any bench of NCLT to wear gowns, has held that Tribunals have no authority to issue any instructions determining dress code for appearance of advocates before it.
