SC: Once Apex Court Passes Order, Collector Can’t Await for Permission to Implement it - 09.02.2023

Supreme Court while disapproving practice of authorities delaying implementation of directions by seeking permission from their superior officers has held that when highest court of the country has passed a direction, there is no basis in seeking permission to implement it.
