Kar. HC Sends Advocate to Judicial Custody for Making Wild Allegations Against Judges - 08.02.2023

Karnataka High Court while passing order in a suo-motu contempt initiated in 2019, against advocate K S Anil has directed him to be taken into judicial custody for a week for contempt of court for making wild allegations against judges and judicial system.
