SC: PMLA Court Jurisdiction Not Limited to Place Where Proceeds Come Into Possession of Accused - 08.02.2023

Supreme Court has held that jurisdiction of PMLA court to try money laundering offence not limited to place where proceeds of crime come into possession of accused, but includes area in which property is derived/obtained/held/concealed will be area in which offence of money laundering is committed.
