Gauhati HC Grants Relief to Assam Resident Whose Deceased Mother was Declared Foreigner - 08.02.2023

Gauhati High Court has granted relief to Assam Resident, aggrieved by an ex-parte opinion of Foreigner's Tribunal, declaring his dead mother a foreigner, and held that all legal rights of petitioner as citizen would be available, without taking any recourse to opinion of a Foreigners Tribunal.
