Bombay HC: Physical Force Used Only to Correct School child is Not Offence - 06.02.2023

Bombay High Court while observing that teachers are backbone of education system, and it would be difficult to maintain discipline if they are constantly under fear of allegations, has held that use of some physical force by teacher, with no mala fide intention, to correct child is not an offence.
