Delhi HC: Can’t Direct Centre to Conduct Lok Sabha, Legislative Assembly Polls Together - 06.02.2023

Delhi High Court while refusing to pass directions in PIL praying that Centre and Election Commission be directed to ascertain the feasibility of conducting Lok Sabha and Legislative Assembly election together in 2024, has observed that Courts are not lawmakers, and they know their limitations.
