Bom HC: Can’t Direct State to Make Degree Holder Eligible When Rule Say Only Diploma Holder Eligible - 02.02.2023

Bombay High Court has held that merely because degree in Civil Engineering might be a higher qualification than a diploma, Court won’t be in a position to interpret provisions of Recruitment Rules and direct State Government to consider candidates who are not eligible as per Recruitment Rules.
