SC to Courts/Tribunals: Mandatorily Deposit Amounts Deposited by Parties With Registry in Bank - 01.02.2023

Supreme Court has directed all Courts and Tribunals to frame guidelines in cases where amounts are deposited with office/registry of court/tribunal, that such amounts should mandatorily be deposited in bank or financial institution, to ensure that no loss is caused in future.
