Gauhati HC: Ex-Gratia Payment Not to be Returned to Insurer Upon Determination of Compensation - 31.01.2023

Gauhati High Court has held that ex-gratia amount granted to a motor accident victim as per State policy would not have to be returned to the insurer upon an actual payment of compensation being made to the victim.
