Delhi HC to State: Set Up ‘One Stop Centres’ for Women & Children in Every District - 30.01.2023

Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi Government to set up “one stop centres” for Women & Children in every district in compliance of a Supreme Court decision in Nipun Saxena v. Union of India of 2018.
