SC: Religion is Important Only When Relevant Under Law - 30.01.2023

Supreme Court while hearing PIL for enforcement of Section 12(1)(c) RTE Act has held that religion is important in our country only when its relevant under the law, otherwise for all purposes India is a secular country.
