Del. HC: Objections U/S 47 CPC Can’t Be Considered In Enforcement Petition U/S 36 A&C Act - 27.01.2023

Delhi High Court has ruled that objections available under Section 47 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 cannot be considered by a Court at the time of enforcement of an arbitration award under Section 36 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
